Has anyone tried to powder coat there mufflers and does it work ?

Been thinking of doing mine in a gloss black.

Yes it does

I powder coated my stock mufflers on my nightster and its holding up great and it gives the bike a really different look, it was also a lot cheaper than a set of new mufflers let alone the cost of a set of pipes.

Thanks I think I'll give it a try when I put here down for the winter.

Make sure they do a good job of blasting off the chrome or it will do this weird chip/peel thing.
