I have a 2008 Fatboy, I believe that my primary adjuster shoe has failed or about to. Am planning on pulling the cover this weekend and wondering if there's a replacement shoe or is it the whole adjuster. Don't want to really spend a hundred and a half if I don't have too. Thanx

According to Ronnies Harley parts finder, it's an assembly. List $94.

How many miles do you have on yours?

Its a one piece SELF-adjusting part. About $94 at dealer. Make sure you strip tie the one in your primary before unbolting.

25k, I am not sure without pulling the side cover if that's what I think noise and faint vibration is. I will be changing over to an open belt drive when I do the rear chain sprocket/ rotor assembly. I've got the same setup on my old shovelhead and like the ease of repair and looks. Thanks for the info I will know for sure this weekend if nothing comes up.
