I found a 2013 Police Tribute bike for sale locally -
I am looking for more info about it - there does not seem to be much online.

Is this just the blue line paint scheme and a tank emblem?
If so, what would the value be compared to a regular Softail?

I was military, not LEO, but this is a nice looking bike with barely 3K miles (still under warranty)

If this is not my forever bike and I take care of it - what are resale value prospects?

Just paint and a tank badge.

It's only worth what someone will pay you for it . It's not worth any "extra" unless you can find a LEO willing to pay extra for it .
