I recently put new handlebars on my 04 Electra Glide. after putting everything back together and going for a ride when I plug my phone in to charge while it's plugged into the radio I can hear Electric feedback from the stator, depending on how high the rpms are is how loud it is. I've checked all the grounds I can think of is it possible that there is something else I missed? it only does it when the phone is charging if I unhook the charger I can listen to music with no problem.

Old school days of car stereo ( 70's ) we had to put a capacitor in line to eliminate alternator whine through the speakers.
