The Triumph Amals were more obnoxious. They would try to pea on you when you tickled them..

And a chain (what a pia that was) :)
:nah Put an o-ring chain and new rear sprocket on my old Shovel. Kept it lubed and checked tension.
Plugged the chain oil line that ran to it.
Lost track of how many miles I put on it. And my bike never marked it`s spot either. :D

Not very old if you're a hundred, but it's very old if you're nine . :fitz

Funny how we look at age. 9 for a human is just a child. 9 for mechanical stuff made of metal, steel alloys, plastic is getting along in years.

Question : What is the age difference between you and your better half .????

When you were 16 , a 20 yr old was out of your reach and a 8 yr old was SICK .

That`s a little to real for these ol bones.
But love a Classic or nicely laid out rigid just the same.
I know about it. I've had my rigid Shovel for 15 yrs. Lots of new parts in eng. & trans. It hasn't reached break in mileage yet. Unlikely it ever will while I own it.
Changing it to kick only, was not a wise decision. It starts in 3-5 kicks cold, but I'm only good for 2.
