Rear brake vibration when applying brake

I just changed the rear tire on my 2018 Heritage, and I’m noticing a slight vibration when I apply the rear brakes. Wheel is aligned correctly, tire is in balance and at the proper psi. I’ve taken the caliper off and re-seated, but vibration still remains.

Did you properly tighten the brake rotor bolts when you put the rotor back on?

Also did you tighten the axle nut correctly?
