Resistor size for dual converters on LED lights

I just bough some plasma rods, thanks stangs, and I'm planning to run them as run-turn-brake lights.

So how much resistance does it take to get them to work as a two wire?

2 (1 for left, 1 for right) 10 ohm 10 watt resistors is what a "load balancer" is.

Is that what you're asking?
