Okay, did a electrical work on the RG. faring was a little difficult to get off but no major problems. The problem is getting it back on. what's the trick for getting it back on the hooks. I've tried everything I know now I need the help of the forum.

Okay, did a electrical work on the RG. faring was a little difficult to get off but no major problems. The problem is getting it back on. what's the trick for getting it back on the hooks. I've tried everything I know now I need the help of the forum.

Take the headlight assembly off of the outer fairing.
This will enable you to find the upper hooks that the fairing hangs on easier.
Once the outer fairing is in the correct position tighten up the screws for the fairing.
Install the headlight reflector last.
Don´t forget to hook up the headlight wires or you will have to take everything apart and start over again. (don´t ask me how I know this):lol8

That's exactly what I do. Also bolt up the turn signals before fitting the head lamps. Mine kept jumping off the hooks until I realised the brackets on the engine bars were in the wrong place.
