I'm looking into a performance upgrade on my '03 dyna and I'm wondering about this company Revolution Performance. I've been watching they're podcasts and learning about the the big bore kits they offer. The cylinders are all aluminum with a nickle silicone carbide plating in the bore and the pistons are from wiseco and have an armorglide coating and Ti-nitrite coated rings. I haven't been able to find any info on the S&S site about how they coat they're cylinder bores or pistions or even if they do. Can anybody offer any info?

I have the revolution performance 107 inch jugs on my bike with their stage III heads and they perform very well.

If your set on one of the two kits I was told that with the lining on the revolution performance kit your can not rebore it down the road where you can on the s&s. Regardless I am happy with my s&s kit. Plus having Less down time is a plus over boring your own stuff
