Agreed with Ironhead and Dave: Set where comfortable for your use. Mine are: Front: High enough to get my boot under to shift. Rear: high enough so it doesn't hit the floorboard when the front lever goes up. Stock is never correct for me.agreed with Dave, you have to set it where it is comfortable for you. I use my heel shifter more than my toe shift lever so mine is almost irrelevant as far as location....but if I were to use the toe lever all of the time, I would have to reset it from where the previous owner had it.
