Any one replaced the shifter shaft bushings I thought I had a inner primary noise but it's the shaft lot of play. And did you make your own tool to take them out and install them.

I just did mine this weekend. Try a 3/8" ratchet extension, fit perfect to drive mine out. If not, find a socket that fits. Both old bushings came out the right side of the boss hole with some decent hammer hits.
New bushings went in using a bolt and two washers as a clamp to pull them in after I drilled and tapped a hole for a grease fitting. I also added an O-ring to each side of the shaft (right side is smaller than the left) and a wave spring to hold tension on the rubber spacer and keep it sealing against the bushing boss. Worked out great and now I can keep the new one lubed properly.
