Short Shots on FXDL (14 lowrider)

new to biking in general but I went out of the gate with a 14 lowrider and I really don't like the stock pipe. I personally like the look of simple 2 into 2 pipes and especially the blacked out short shots. will they go directly on the low rider or require modification such as the foot position?

You are going to loose usable power with the Short Shots. All they really do is make a bunch of noise.

He will loose low end torque. And they are IMO, very loud.
Baffles would help both.
No question that they will rob power, but I think the cats are in the header pipes so it won't be as loud as an exhaust with no cat.
These pipes are just basically header pipes, I don't think they have a cat in them. Looks like no place for one.

I definitely don't want to lose power, anything with a similar aesthetic that won't take away from the performance?

Any 2 to 2 straight pipe is going to cause a loss of power to one degree to another.
Baffles, something as simple as the proper nut, washer and bolt combination inserted into a hole drilled through the back side of each pipe can help some.
Straight pipes make an engine very hard to tune.
