The pushrods aren't adjustable if stock OEM. !Hi All
Question I kinda know the answer already.......
Bought my FXDC new in '13, gots 50K miles on her 2013 model.
I should probably replace the spark plug wires as a wear item.
Got rid of the compensator 2 years ago replaced with a sprocket from Vulcan which gave me a 6% gear reduction.
VERY happy with that, as the bike was geared too tall from the factory in my opinion. And the comp. was faulty from the first
Bike runs very well. If the valve train is making noise the dual V+H drag pipes might mask it.
I have done nothing else to the bike other than oil/air filter changes (oil changed about every 2,500)
Should I pull the rocker boxes and check pushrod adjustment?
Thanks, Steve
