Sportster Sport aluminum wheels
Back in July I picked up a 97 Sportster Sport from a friend with 9k miles. The bike is in great shape but the front wheel looked pretty bad.
I did lots of internet searches but info was so mixed I didn't know what to do.
So, I tried the McGuires aluminum wheel cleaner. First try I wasn't to impressed but it improved.
The second try did much better and now Im impressed. The brake dust was think but this stuff cut through it. The hardest part is the hub and I'll need one more application and a different brush.
Darn the stuff does work.
