My 2006 1200 starts and idles fine but has a sputter burping issue at low throttle. Recently it has a new battery, new petcock and fuel filter, new voltage regulator, new screaming eagle plugs that are tapped correctly, new stock air filter, and the carb was cleaned and gone through. The battery has a full charge and does increase voltage with throttle. What did I miss? What should I check?
