Any advantages or disadvantages starting bike on kickstand or upright?

On a TwinCam, you'd have slightly elevated oil level in the crankcase. Not sure about how the M8 case's are machined for the oil pickup to say either way. Harleys with an external oil pump, no difference either way.I would think starting and running the bike on the jiffy stand is bad.
1. Oil is sloshed over to one side of the engine making it difficult for the oil pump to scavenge oil out of the cam chest and oil pocket at bottom of the case. Possible oil starvation.
2. Bearing load from endplay. You keep running bike while it is leaning to the left and the endplay put excessive load on the end of bearing cages, rods and surfaces. You lose the hydrodynamic wedge. You will eventually get sloppy tolerances from excessive wear. Gravity always wins.
3. Same goes with the primary. Oil is not flowing properly and lubricating all the surfaces and bearings.
