Starting Problem

Motor doesn't fire up when I hit the start button like it is suppose to.
At times, takes 12 to 15 revolutions of the starter turning over to finally start. It doesn't do that every time, but still doesn't kick off like it should. Battery is hot, and just installed a new All Balls starter.
Any ideas and advice will be appreciated.

Throw a pressure gauge on the fuel line. Check the fuel filter.

Does it throw a low voltage code?
Does sound like a fuel delivery issue.
Could still be the battery, sometimes when a battery goes bad it will still have plenty of juice to turn over starter but not enough to properly power up the rest of the system.
Is it the reason you replaced the starter?
Was it doing it prior to replacement?

No, the starter drive was going out on the starter. Sounded like Godzilla was trying to come out of there. Yes, it was doing it prior to the starter replacement.
