Sounds like handle bar switch or connection. May have some dirt or corrosion in there. My 2 cents.

I second that! If not under ms clamp, then somewhere. Symptoms support the diagnosis.I'm thinking pinched wires under the front master cylinder clamp. Especially if the bike has custom grips installed.

When we ran out of tests on vehicle for electron problems. It was sanctioned test by engineering called the "Wiggle Test" on the wires. Actually worked a few times. :what?:thumbsupyep. Shaking do`t fix it either.![]()

May help find the problem. Do`t fix it.That's what the MoCo calls the electrical diagnostics, "Wiggle Tests" In the electrical service manuals.
