Currently have a 96" wide glide with a Woods Cam TW7H dyno tuned with 90hp and 96ft lbs. torque with SE race tuner. Been thinking of going to 103". Wondering what suggestions for cylinders to use, or if boring stock 96's to 103 is just as good. Also need suggestions with pistons to use. I'm pretty set on Branch heads. Thinking I should fairly easily hit 110hp. What's your thoughts?

Bore stock cylinders up to 107 CI.

Port stock heads unless you can not wait for the down time.

I know revolution makes a 107 kit but isn't the cylinder lip getting pretty thin at the bottom?

you can do a 106 or 107-
i did a 103 this winter with andrews 48 cams -oversize intake valves- ss valve springs - roller rockers and new lifters- with a accell slm (self learning module)

sucker has some legit pull- last fill was 160 miles 3.3 gallons
