Has anyone used this tuner? I am looking for positive or negative feedback and looking for my 2009 Fat Bob.

Uh-Oh !
Here we go again . Hope this isn't one of those too good to be true products . If it does all that it says it will do better snap one up pretty quick cause the price will jump to $499.00 real soon .

That is what i was thinking, SuperChips has been around for quite some time and i have used their "chip" on previous cars and trucks and had great results. I have not used the tuning modules before only the "chip" . I have experience with the H.D. race tuner and dyno tuning and re-mapping but i do not have access to a dyno to get that in depth with tuning any more.

Vigilante flash

I ordered the Vigilante flash a week ago and it arrived this last Saturday.... Upon removal of my seat and fishing through the wires between the battery and ECU i found a small black box tucked away. As it turns out the prior owner had a Power Commander V installed. I immediately downloaded the PC-V software and put in a new map.... what do you know it is actually running better. I am not sure why the person would install a tuner with only exhaust installed and not at least put a filter on it. So if anyone is interested i have a UN-USED Superchips Vigilante Flash tuner 5615 for the J1850 4 pin connector that i would be willing to part with. I am not sure which other models it fits but it was purchased for my 2009 Fat Bob.

Again..... I would like to take the opportunity to tell people really look into your used bike and what might be hiding on it before you make decisions on what to purchase! With the way the bike was running after i put the air filter kit on it i would not have thought it had a tuner in place, nor could i tell when the fuse box cover was pulled off.

FlipMode554 has not been around in over a year.
I would not hold my breath on the chip.
