Howdy all, I have a 1997 HD Road King that I have converted to a trike.
Now that I sit vertical my engine oil level on the stick reads way low.
Where does the oil level show on your dip stick with your bike vertical?
I just had the oil and filter changed at the shop so I left the new filter installed and added approximately 3 quart (out of a gallon jug) of oil. Thought I could majic marker a line on my dip stick.
Can I hear where your oil level is at on the oil dip stick to compare to where I am at?
My best way is to pull the new filter, drain the oil again and add 3 1/2 quarts of more "expensive oil"....then mark my dip stick.
Your help will leave me comfortable I am in the right range.
