Transmission push rod not rotating or stuck

2010 FLHTP, clutch lever went floppy on me, assumed cable broke, replaced cable with OEM cable. Still no resistance on clutch lever. Removed derby cover to do clutch adjustment. Broke free the clutch adjustment nut, however the push rod will screw in a bit to make contact with pressure plate but won’t back out, it just gets stuck... on the clutch release cover side the oil slinger is stuck and won’t come out. Could the rod have welding it self together? Or maybe a bearing? Thanks for any help, trying not give the dealership a butt load of money!

Remove the clutch C-ring and pull the adjuster out of the clutch. With that out of the way you should be able to remove the pushrod with a pencil magnet.
I haven't heard of the clutch pushrod seizing up inside the trans mainshaft. Also they're aren't any bearings inside the trans mainshaft.

WOW ! That looks like the pushrod was spinning at high revs inside the trans mainshaft. The pushrod doesn't normally rotate on its own. OR it froze up inside the mainshaft. Did the throwout bearing get trashed ?

The bearing is inside the right clutch release cover where the cable goes in. You stated you had that cover off to replace the clutch cable. It's a small flat bearing in front of the slinger and pushrod.
