Looks like it should work if applied correctly. Notice the new wheel. If using an old wheel it would need to be cleaned spotless for the adhesive to bond, no rust.

I'm worried about the strength of the adhesive in higher temperatures.Summer temperatures go upwards of 114 F here. In case of a flat tyre in motion will the air get out quicker in a tubeless than a tubed tyre or is it the other way round?

There's another process to seal spoke rims that's used on factory sealed rims. The drop center is filled with a type of silicone sealer. Problem with that is if the rim ever needs spoke adjustment or replacement. The process used in the video can be repeated if the spokes need replacing.

Sorry I would not risk ... better to change the whell ...
