No that film brave heart with Mel Gibson ( who incidentally hates anything English ) tried to make out it was ahahahahahahI thought the 'heart' of England was Scotland.
No the heart of England is the Midlands ,
The Garden of England is Kent :smile which is a county in bottom right corner on the Map of Britain .

Looking down over Britain from above our Green and Pleasant land looks like patch work quilt with all the different greens of course our weather has all to do with it , but we moan about the rain , we moan when its hot , we moan when its cold .
At Lakenheath its like a mini USA you even use your own $ and not £ on base .

I lived near Maidstone for about 10 years , moved back to Sidcup where my wife grew up but she was born down the Old Kent Road and myself was from the Elephant and castle .
