Unsolvable no spark problem

If there's B+ at the coil it's ready to discharge to the plugs, the other side of the coil needs to see a ground signal from the ignition pickup to trigger the discharge. You can disconnect the negative side of the coil and use a jumper wire from there to ground with the ignition on to check for spark. That bypasses everything except the spark plugs.
You'll want to have a spark tester in series with the plug and plug wire to observe spark then just tap the jumper to ground several times.
 
You need to briefly ground the negative side of the coil with a jumper wire to get a spark. The B+ saturates the coil and the ground completes the circuit. Also the spark plug needs to be grounded.
