FYI I accidently was able to solve a Throttle By Wire problemon a 2008 FLHX Street Glide. While inserting pin probes into the back of the pins for TPS1 and TPS2 the thtrottle came back to life. There is plenty of discussion and a service bulleting discussing issues with "fretting" which I assume is corrosion in these terminals. It appears that the needle like probes helped improve the contact enough to temporarily fix this. I've ordered a replacement plug that is prewired and will solder that in as a permanent solution. Hope this helps someone else. It may also work on the ECM connector if needed.
