Over the last few weeks I have been able to ride a few different bikes.

Priscilla
2013 Ultra Classic
2015 Road Glide Custom
Cali Bob's 2007 King with 14's
Cali Traci's 884 Sportster

From this I have learned the the Road King truly is the bike for me.

I know that 12.5" bars were the perfect choice for me. The Mustang Wide Tripper is the perfect seat for me, the LRS recurve is the perfect shield for me and Rinehart is my favorite exhaust.

Bottom line is that Priscilla is the absolute perfect sled for me.

I know where your coming from. I have ridden touring bikes, dynas, other sportsters, sport bikes, indians, victories....and so on and I have yet to find anything that sounds like pure crack like a straight piped 1200, and that I can ride all day but also lean over and almost touch my knee in a turn. If it had a 6th gear it would be the PERFECT bike for me..its is 99.99999% there and that's good enough for me.

What's it cost to punch that bad boy out a cc?

I know what you mean. I've only ridden a Sporty 1200, good bike, but my decked out CVO is my last bike, fits me right, love all the goodies HD put in on, from the wide bars to the chrome.

Once you go to the trouble of changing a bike to fit our personality, it becomes part of you, and no other bike seems to make it there. I've been offered so many opportunities to trade up to a new bike at ridiculously low prices but can't pull the trigger because it just isn't MY BIKE.

Every time I roll out of my driveway, I can't believe my luck.

Hell, I get the same feeling when I'm just washing it. Or servicing it. Or repairing it. Or modifying it.

Or just sitting and staring at it with a young glass of scotch.

Sick, ain't it?

Nope. Not sick.
Either people understand. Or they do`t.

Dave, the way you have that scoot shaped to fit you is amazing. You ride it as if it was a part of you. When it is YOURS it is yours. Each bike adjusts itself to its rider.
