Just a tube. If the tire has good tread just have a new tube put in.
Do not try Fix-A-Flat or anything like that, a tube will get you up and running again.

First flat with a tubed tire, just wanted to make sure. Tire is good, maybe 4,000 miles on it. Nail is gone too. Couldn't believe that small of a nail could hurt so much haha.
Thanks for your help Schmidty

Go to the auto parts store and get a tube repair kit for a couple of bucks and repair the tube.

I've patched many of tube too if its a new tube. But if it bothers you to ride on a patched tube by all means replace it. a lot of guys will put a patch inside the tire to seal hole in the tire. It's keeps the crap out of the tire .
