So I have a 2014 Streetglide. Stage 1 kit. Planned a big 5k mile trip last year, put new brakes, tires, bearings on. Veered away from Dunlop and put Michelin Commander IIIs on. Trip went great but later in the summer noticed a vibration forming in the front end. Took everything up front apart and nothing loose, all looks good. Took tires to shop and all is well (slight cupping issue). The only issue I can see is the front brake disc is a bit loose but the bolts are torqued to correct specs.
I'm at a loss as to why it vibrates.
When I ride straight is when the vibration occurs. Slight turn either way and it goes away. Seems to happen at highway speeds 60 to 80 goes away after that.

Sounds like the classic symptoms of cupping. The reason a bike with this condition rides smooth in the corners is that there is still good smooth tread there. Try a new set of sneaks and see if the vibration still occurs. You can always keep the Commanders as a backup set if that isn't the issue.
