vintage tires

ok 2 questions 1st: whats the skinnest front tire you can run on a factory 19in. harley wheel? 2nd: im looking to run some vintage style whitewall tires i was looking at the avon speedmaster(front) and avon saftey milage(rear) but they dont have them in whitewall so any recommendations would be appreciated thanks.
