Before I moved to Texas, the Louisville Harley dealer sent a guy to pick up my bike,

that dealership even then was probably 75 years old, the pickup vehicle was an old sidecar-rig jockey shift Harley,

the sidecar was replaced by a drop tail channel that made it into a bike carrier.

Couldn't find a pix of anything like it.

Man, the rider better really pay attention the outrigger wheels on turns. That would certainly be sudden stop.

Thats actually a real bike. Goldwings have been used in that style for years in other countries, they use them to get through the traffic and clear the wreck and get the crashed vehicle out of the way to restore the traffic flow. Once the full size wrecker can get to the crash site, they hook up to the crashed vehicle and tow it away.

There's one by me. Has a neat crewcab pick-up with a smaller version of a rollback.

There's also some really cool drop deck trailers.
