So after a week I decided to go back in the fairing and swap speakers. A pair of Rockford Fosgate TMS6RG went in to replace the Boom speakers that have been there since 2015.

Really enjoyed the nice, cool, sunny weather yesterday morning. 60 degrees when I headed out on the Cincinnati-Columbus Road. Turned East on 123 to get some twisties in, then North to Wilmington for a breakfast stop of bacon, toast, toast, bacon, hash browns, and bacon. Headed back SE on Rt 73, then the long, straight stretches of Rt 28 back towards Cinci. Ahead I saw something that looked just like that scene at the end of the first Terminator movie where he’s crawling on his arms, dragging the wires/cables behind him. It turned out to be an unfortunate possum. Headed back through some twisties on Rt 48 through Loveland, when I decided to hit the slab for 6 miles to quicken the pace home, because bacon, toast, toast, bacon, hash browns, bacon. Kids got me a HD gift card, which I’ll hold on to until a few weeks after the dealership relocates and opens just 5 miles away (Big place - will have a barber shop and tattoo parlor on site, w/ huge winter storage and merchandise areas. And right next door to the range!). Hope everyone had a great weekend!

tony and i had a nice ride today. we rode over toward neosho, mo. for some lunch. we pulled in the wyandotte tribe casino for a pit stop and decided to go on down to senaca and eat at momma's cafe down town on the main drag. she has fresh potato french fries so i was in. yum! then we headed on east down to hwy 60 cycles. i wanted to make sure the same tech was there when i pulled in for a rear tire the day i hit the deer was still there. he had a scanner to cycle the abs modules to get to old fluid out of them. it was monday, we didn't catch on till we got there. no problem now we must go back. beautiful wx day. only got up ton 90 degrees on the return leg. 206 miles on a really nice day. we had a really nice ride, lunch and day and a really nice time was had by tony and tommy. i sorta need to r&r brake and clutch fluids in both bikes tomorrow but have hankering to fly since sunday when i was led astray by some nice folks on harleys while on my way to the airport. we will see if the work bug or play bug bites first. hasta.

In the mornings Monday thru Thursday it's normally very light traffic. But Friday to Sunday it's motorcycle and sport car filled. Great advantage moving here, I have a choice, getting to ride alone or visit the hot spots to look around.

Good day all,
Had a great ride in this am. It was 59 when I left the house. Have not seen temps like that recently. Don't worry, it will be 97 tomorrow.

It looks like the battery on my 19 RGS is fading. I am pretty good about plugging in the charger when parked. It will be 3 yrs old this fall.

Any current recommendations on a battery? AGM vs Lith. ? Anyone running and happy with lith? Any particular brand or sizes to avoid?
Have not had to buy a batt for about the past 5 yrs...
Just seeing what folks are doing today.
