Second project today was foot rests. My trike doesn't have crash/engine bars so the standard highway foot rest don't work. Ciro makes a great product that replaces the front floor board support. The new support is really beefy and fit well. A chrome arm attaches to new bracket that holds the foot pegs. First impression, I love them. They might need some moving to find the perfect spot. They adjust on three different axis so you can position as you please. I'm normally not impressed easily by aftermarket parts, but these are heavy duty, nice chrome and fit is perfect.

Looks good for long rides.
I've got several multiple day trips coming up so I'm doing a few comfort mods. I've got to put some miles on with the foot rest and figure out the most comfortable position.

I am ordering the parts for my charging system. Gasp...I did the stator, rotor and regulator in Amazon cheap parts. Should I get all three again and does anybody have quality part sources for these? I ain't cheaping out no more.

If you went with a cheap Amazon charging kit last time, I suggest you go with all three quality parts this go around.

Bike is 2 years old tomorrow. Got the ABS system flushed.

Been having a wierd high idle problem ever since I had the wide band O2 system installed back in November.
Didn't really be an issue until I rode for more than an hour, more often this last week, so I had them take a look at that on the last warranty day.

Turned out to be bad intake seals to the heads, both sides.
Wierd that it showed up after the Wideband O2 system install.
Coincidence I guess.

Now that the warranty is out and it has a clean bill of health, it's time to do the Fuel Moto PowerVision flash.

Waiting for the green lights now........

One amber, one blinking green... fingers crossed.

Not me! I like to live dangerously (like the guy in the State Farm commercial). But I did change mine out earlier this year cause my garage door opener's battery was dead dead. So I put fob battery in the opener and put fresh battery in fob.
