Don't know anyone who is selling one. Try checking on E-BAY. I ride a 1986 FLTC and before I take a ride I make sure I lock the covers to make sure they don't take flight.
WTB Saddlebag Lid 1986 FLHTC
Hi,
I need a saddlebag lid for a 1986 Electra Glide Classic. Right hand side. These are the type that latch in the back of the lid, no hinge, comes right off. (That's why I need one, came right off at 60MPH, and my fiberglass repair skills are not the greatest!)
Color doesn't really matter, I'll put lid covers on it. Dark color would be preferable though.

My 85 Electra glide FLT has the little tab that sticks out the front of the cover I put a R clip in them that way if the locks pops open you don't loose the lid .
Sometimes on ebay some one will have one for sale or the Whole bag
