You must change your oil if you rotate the air in your tires.

Don't forget to top off your blinker fluid while you're at it.

Mileage of course.

IF I was to put my bike away for winter storage, I would change the oil before the riding season due to condensation.

Maybe for mechanical reasons. Like you had to re-tap the plug threads, or some other mechanical problem that may have contaminated the oil. For instance, I had buddy who left an electric fuel pump on and the float failed in the carb. (drag car) Filled the oil pan with gasoline. So we changed the oil a few times on that one.

That's pretty much all I've got.

I change mine befroe winter storage so the dirty oil isn't gunking up the oil pan.:mwink

If the last oil you bought came in a cardboard can and you need to jab in a spout to pour it then you need to change your oil. :rollin
