Hi. Just got the bike and don't know how to turn on/use the passing lights. They are two smaller lights mounted each side of the headlight. Can someone please help out with how to turn on and use. Merry Christmas!

First off, welcome to the forum and Merry Christmas!
They should come on and stay on when you start the bike. Kind of like running lights. To activate the turn signals you just use your thumb to push the long horizontal button at the bottom of the controls. See pic below.

They didn't come from the factory on your FXDL . Look for a toggle switch somewhere down by your horn mount or a black pushbutton on the clutch lever perch . Those are the most common locations for the passing lamp switches . Also passing lamps are usually wired to only come on when the headlight is on the low beam .
