r. I'm having trouble although I have the latest software. Do you know if there is a problem getting a Galaxy S6 Edge (Model SM-G935V) to work with Android Auto on my 2021 Street Glide? It works on the phone but not on Boombox GTS. Any feedback would be appreciated.
This may or not be helpful.
I don't use Android auto. Seemed to go in and out. Rather than try and solve that problem, thought I don't need it. My galaxy is paired with bike so my phone contacts are available, and my playlist. I don't need my phone home page on the display. Haven't used nav. For a long ride yet so can't comment on that aspect.
Good luck!

Thank you! It shows Fat32
It shows used space 65,536 bytes 64.0 KB
Free space 30,737,530,880 bytes 28.6 GB

When I plug into pc says 'no files" since I deleted. But above says used. I assume I can still use to upload software? or do I need a new one since I added and removed files so many times?
Did you figure this issue out? I am having the exact same issue, I mean verbatim and I could really use some direction. I get the file on the flash drive plug it into the bike, and the radio gives the no media file found, and I hit okay, and it just sits there and does nothing. I did unzip and I make sure it is the only file on the drive. The USB is 64GB and it is FAT32.

I did.
The file name at the end must show " iso". If not make sure you change extensions on PC to correct.

I went to Harley website, downloaded software for my bike on thumb drive, plugged into right side usb wire, then turned to accessories on bike. Nothing happening. On YouTube it should start downloading. Makes me wonder if no power to my bikes usb wire. Will plug phone into it tomorrow and see if it charges. Thought someone may have another idea?
Did you get the file out of the envelope and put it right into just the drive. I had same problem until I put just ISO on the flash drive

I have a 2021 road glide limited. YouTube showed you just plug in flash drive and the screen pops up with " update software". First screen that says no media connected, ok? I do get. Click ok and then it should start. I can go to that screen you mentioned to see. Thank you!
No media connected means you have the ISO in a folder on the flash drive. I used a *GB and a 16GB hard drive and it read either one but only when I took the ISO out of the folder. I have a 20 Road Glide Limited

It's been so long ago hard to remember.
I think I only had to change file settings, something like hide extensions. Then the iso showed up at the end of file name.

When the file is downloaded from the HD website, it is zipped. Once downloaded to your computer, unip the package, and then from a clean flashdrive (formatted, no files on it), double click the package, and then find the file with the .iso on the end and send just that file to the flashdrive.

My problem was there was no file with the iso on it. My above post solved it.

I have a 2022 Ultra Limited and I'm having the same problem. I don't think the PC setting of displaying extension has anything to do with it. All that does is tell the PC whether to not to display file extensions. The extension was always there. You just didn't see it. I have display extensions turned on on my PC, yet when I take the USB drive to my bike, it doesn't recognize it at all. I don't even get the invalid media message that all these videos keep showing.

It can very easily have something to do with it, some software/hardware devices are looking for the file extension and can't read it, i work in the IT and networking field and have seen the issue many many many times. You are right that it has always been there but the device is not programmed to read that far into it.
