I went with NVX VAD10004 1000w RMS 4 Channel amp and a Dayton Audio DSP-408 4x8 DSP.

Parts are all in except the OFC power and ground cables, fuse and fused distribution block. The Ground Zero's are a beast compared to the 5.25" Kickers that are being removed.

 

You could always have put 2nd amp under the Tour Pack for cooling air and mostly out of the weather, it will stay cooler there also.

Hey, if you're planning to pick up radio, the soundstream is completely waterproof Android and Apple play ready. Plug and play, sounds great. 1 to 1 comparison with the 2022 HD head unit for half the price. Hope it helps.

 

Do you know if that keeps the bar controls. I sort of like having that. They work on my auquatic but like I posted. It’s 600 bucks worth of junk

 

Dang those ground zeros are massive looking. Those are gonna sound good. What headunit are you running? I got the auquatic . 600$ suppose to be 100% waterproof. First ride out in the rain and the glass has moisture behind it. Tried for 3 months to get them to do somthing about it and all they said was there is Noway it took on water. Guess they think I photoshopped it. I stuck it in rice and got it dried up. Sucks tho cause it’s gonna happen again so I’m trying to decide what to replace it with. Preferably someone with decent customer service lol

 

Its great that you folks can carry out the work like these upgrades on your bikes , for me I have whatever speakers Harley put in my 2018 Triglide it sounds good enough for my ears when I am riding along I dont want to wake the dead .
Mind you I wouldn't even know how to get the front off the fairing I really ain't into pulling apart cos I know I wont be able to get it all back .

 

It’s actually easier than it looks. Just windshield and a couple bolts. It can be over whelming when you pull that front off tho lol. Harley shoves a lot in there. But most basic audio upgrade stuff is just plug and play. Least the stuff I use is lol. The op looks like he going a little beyond plug and play tho lol. I don’t really ever go over board on audio I mostly like listing to old time radio shows so that gets strange to blast lol. I love old crime and drama shows from the 40”s-60”s I get some strange looks listing to dragnet and jhonny dollar at redlights lol

 

You have to order the thumb control module separately. And if you want Bluetooth connectivity, that is an additional module.
