Here she is getting picked up to go to the Dr's to get new final drive belt and pulley installed, and parked out side waiting for me to open up her home.

We went for a ride today before the real bad winter weather starts, my bike just outside of Beaconsfield, you may have heard of this little Tasmanian town a couple of years back when two miners were trapped underground for quite some time and both were rescued alive, and parked outside of Burt Munro's Cafe at Exeter(Worlds fastest Indian), it was a beautiful crisp autumn day.

It's been a long time since ive logged on and thought its time to dust this old thread off. I have been home from my travels for around 5 years now, during this time i have been establishing the next phase of my life and following my passion for the things i do. Along with my daughter her husband and my wife we have built two distilleries, two years on after my bike being off the road waiting for me to turn my attention back to her...well this is how it went, I pulled it out off storage to be under my constant view, walking past it for a month or so...typical flat battery that i worked on for weeks until i finnally threw in the towel and purchased another put it charge for 24hrs and a couple of weeks passed as we're in the middle of winter here in Tasmania, sitting at my dinning room table witch we also have breakfast at watching the poring rain and the odd sunny day...did i say odd sunny days...can you hear the goofy footsteps, well that me starting to think...you know what i mean? I intalled the battery and could not stop, yep like alcoholic, junky what ever and couple of hours later im back on the road again, freezing rides at times but very enjoyable and like a tonic for my mental well being...im still sitting at my dinning table looking our my window waiting for the next clear blue sky day to go for a ride... here a photo of my bike in my distillery for you all to see.
