I've recently changed oil and oil filter in my '06 883xl. Bike was dry before oil change and now it keeps spilling oil on oil cap (under the seat on the right side). There is always a big amout of oil at the bottom of the bike (probably all from oil cap) and it's drippin' all the time especially if bike is hot. First I thought that I've put too much oil in it so it's rejecting the excess. I've put exactly 3.0 litres (3.17qts) although I've red somewhere it receives 2.65 litres (2.8qts) , so I've thought it will stop leaking once it rejects the excess oil, but now, after 500 miles, the dipstick is between the lowest level and the middle but it still leaks 
(it was almost on the highest level after the oil change). I'm waiting it to comes to the lowest level to add more oil (but I hope I'll not have to ) Help!!
